Cycle Culture PTY LTD is not a raffle-based organisation, we have taken all necessary steps to secure required permits and ensure compliance with relevant rules and regulations in each Australian state and territory.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a legally binding agreement between you (“you”, “the member”, “the participant”) and Cycle Culture PTY LTD (ABN 61 686 161 160) (“Cycle Culture”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing our website at cycleculture.com.au (the “Site”), signing up for a membership, or participating in any of our giveaways, promotions, or campaigns (“Services”), you confirm your agreement to be bound by these Terms. These Terms govern your use of the Site, your participation in promotional games, and all services we provide under the Cycle Culture brand.

Free Entries:
Upon purchase, free entries into the giveaway are granted based on the membership or package chosen. Entry allocations will be clearly listed. Max number of entries per participant is 1000.

3. Eligibility

• Age: You must be 14 years or older.

• Residency: Residents of South Australia may not participate in ticketed trade promotions. 

• Employees, directors, and managers of Cycle Culture, as well as their immediate family members (parents, spouses, siblings, and children) and anyone living in the same household, are not eligible to win any giveaways promoted by Cycle Culture.

• Tickets to Cycle Culture events are non-refundable unless cancelled by us.

• If cancelled, you may receive a refund or reschedule option.

7. Dispute Resolution
